Pump Stations pump fluids from one place to another. In land drainage, these stations move tile drainage water to the outlet.

Drain tile is buried tubing that removes excess water below the surface. Drain tile can prevent poor root development, soil degradation, or crop growth inhibition.

Water control structures allow overflow of rainfall, but restrict water movement during normal conditions.
